      Great people to work with Opportunity to learn lots of new things Opportunity to travel

      Company very profit/revenue focused - doesn't care much about employees Only given old hardware that is rarely updated Little opportunity for career progression Many difficult systems & processes to use/follow for admin (expenses, travel, time, reviews etc.)

      since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

      Cons

      poor sales leadership, adjusted quotas and comp plan are a joke.
