      Great training, communication, operating systems, flexibility in making their system more efficient, high level of social responsibility

      Can't move up in the company because very few positions are open in mid-upper management, no one leaves.

      None whatsoever... free lunches maybe... but they serve the same crap everyday

      Cons

      Lack of training from floor trainers. Skin cooler favorites towards dei hires. Worst than a union work place. No annual raises.. Females their have something up their butts.
