Pros

The only pro would be the other highly skilled people that work there. But, more and more of those were either scared off or laid off by a management that change their minds as well as their strategy weekly.

Cons

- Toxic work environment, meaning that management spends a lot of time passing blame around because they don't know how to actually lead and motivate people. - Poor life-work balance where you get scolded if you're not available on Saturdays after 9pm, but there is no extra appreciation/ compensation for staying in the office late night after night and getting the job done. - Minimal leadership and total confusion as to who is doing what and when. - Communications break-down daily.

Pros

I'm an engineering student from Canada who worked at Verity for an internship. The experience was incredible and I recommend it highly to other students looking for an international internship. -Interesting work -Amazing work life balance -Encouraged to take days off to recharge -Good work hours -Work from home flexibility -Diverse team

Cons

It is a smaller company that is rapidly growing so things shift frequently. I found this a pro but I understand it can be challenging for some who are used to working at larger more stable companies.

Pros

Remote working arrangements are nice. You will work with some smart engineers,

Cons

A sinking ship, management lacks integrity and lies, undefined strategies, slow product and commercial development. - You will hear the same thing repeated again and again.
