      Pros

      They do organize some events for their employees but they are few of them during the year.

      Cons

      Salary is way down and their aren't even that many fringe benefits, even with other concultancy firms this will be better. They also just view you as a number, I had many troubles with quiting there and even after I left they tried to not pay out some cheques.

      Managing director always comes with a solution to your problems and helps consultants

      Good pool of clients with modern working conditions

      Cons

      Poor management within the consultancy, internal personel changes too fast. As long as your client is good this might not affect you
