      Pros

      Small mom and pop feel. Colleagues tend to be nice.

      Cons

      Senior management have a hillbilly mindset. Company was bought out by equity firm but kept the leadership. CEO and former owner got ousted for embezzlement. HR did not address racism and sexual harassment issues. Clay Savoy former CEO lack of leadership and managerial presence lead to the downfall of the company.
