Pros

None, small business, no rules, no training.

Cons

Gossip, low pay, no opportunities to move up. Read the old Glassdoor reviews carefully, they are true.

Pros

The work environment here has been very positive since day one. Thanks to management and my coworkers, I continue to learn and grow personally and professionally, which I absolutely love. VersaCall does not hesitate to invest in their employees and their customers. Team Building Outings and lunches are great! Schedules are pretty flexible, which makes Work-Life Balance easy.

Cons

I do not have any.

Pros

The work environment is very open you have access to anyone or any information that you need. People are friendly and willing to help whenever you need it. VersaCall cares more about their people than they do about the bottom line. Our benefits are very good for a small company. The feeling is "I take care of VersaCall because VersaCall takes care of me". There are many opportunities to learn new things as there are no secrets. When I first started I had a very basic understanding of software, operating systems and servers. Now my knowledge is vast and I continue to learn more each day adding to my repertoire of tools.

Cons

Individuals must be Self Starters. The business is small and very busy at most times, meaning there is no time for hands on or micro managing. Individuals that require continual management will find the environment difficult. Training is different from other businesses as you will be taught the basics, but you must take the initiative and explore or practice in order to become more proficient. VersaCall is small and very flexible so things can change quickly, you must be able to adapt to that type of environment.
