Pros
A company that gets consistent work and successful bids. Pay is decent and if you fit in with management you will succeed. Some people really love it here and others intensely dislike management. No real in between (not sure if that's bad or good)
Cons
Small group of employees that can be pretty cliquey. Minimal collaboration overall with minimal direction from management. Can be nice to have autonomy but also frustrating when management doesn't properly communicate expectations. Company got sold from previous veteran owner and there was an immediate difference in culture with the new owner-Not necessarily a positive one. Culture is a little old fashion and could be updated (IE 90% of the job could be done remotely) and management makes decisions suddenly without looping in their teams feedback.
