They are paid quarterly or monthly or whenever they want to. - No Proper timelines taken for the project. - Project time lines here is decided based on cost not functionality - Every month there are deductions but god knows why are they deducted - Don't have minimum ethics to run a company - Management can yell at employee responsibilities if they have any personal grudge and if employee asks for their minimum rights then she/he is targeted.
