Dear Ex Employee, We are sorry that your stint with us had been less than optimal for you. As you have correctly pointed out, there are a lot of opportunities here at the studio, but we have seen its the self learners and motivated, who prosper in the studio. We do not believe in spoon feeding and when we hire, we hire professionals, so we expect them to not make silly mistakes. We expect more from architects who have spent 5 years studying and then a few years applying and learning as you must have before joining us, to self check for careless errors. Please remember that in a team, your lack of diligence, affects others who then have to spend time in correcting them. It's not that you can't make errors, we encourage people to make errors which when corrected, expand your knowledge about the work, not the like adding a decimal point in a millimetre dimension and such. Again, we are sorry that you found what we offered you, less than what you think you deserve. I wish you the best in all your future endeavours, I hope you were able to learn something that will help you and your time spent here was not completely in vain.
