      Pros

      Corporate culture is very people-focused. Many of the policies are well-intended and most people in the organization are smart, capable, and collaborative.

      Cons

      Very low turnover, which can be good and bad. Organization is challenged to realign itself in response to shifting market conditions.

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
