      Offers Remote work flexibility to employees

      Cons

      Managers are not rated by reportees anymore during performance review. Hence, there has been a rise in favoritism & bossying behaviour. No regular 1-on-1s, no timely communication. I even pay from my own pocket for trainings as they never get approved (not even get rejection, simply gets ignored!!). It used to be such a nice place to work, no more!

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
