Great people at all levels of the company - joining Vertex was like joining a family and everyone is supportive of each other and has a great time together

None really - I have worked for 4 years and this is by a mile the best.

the really appreciate their employees. They have frequent contest, gift giveaways and luncheons.

Theres minimum room for growth, because its a call center theres a lot of drama. The employees date each other and it's very uncomfortable. The schedule changes constantly and supervisor show favoritism when it comes it issuing vacation and time off.
