Worst company I have ever seen - Team Leader VertexPlus Employee Review

Nothing good in company. Everyone is in comfort zone

My experience with VertexPlus has been extremely disappointing, particularly within the marketing team. The organization does not provide a healthy learning environment, and there is very limited opportunity for professional growth. There is hardly anything meaningful to learn, as work is neither properly guided nor reviewed. Salary payments are often delayed, and increments are not provided on time. There is a complete lack of structure—no one monitors or evaluates the work being done. Unfortunately, even managers and team leads do not seem to have adequate knowledge or clarity about their own responsibilities. The HR support is also very poor. Once an employee resigns, HR becomes unresponsive and does not even answer calls. Important documents are not provided on time, which creates unnecessary stress for employees. Overall, the company does not support its employees and can terminate them without proper communication or justification. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable job, timely salary, professional growth, or a supportive work culture.

Good for starting, to develop new skills and learning.

Packages are very low, small number increment.
