To be honest I cannot think of a single pro to working here, unless your in a pinch for cash stay away! Natalie was nice though!
Cons
They have been through 5 plus operators in less than a year, which is horrible in the Cnc world! Disorganized!! Poor management, they value the high school sons input more than machinist, Lies, broken promises, and pretty sure money laundering!! They treat the employees like animals, they lost 5 employees in my 90 days of employment there was a mass exodus of the long term employees, the main exterior sign project manager, the head print/vinyl guy, the paint specialist who was drastically underpaid, another project manager, the installation manager also bailed out fast! They will work you into the ground, lie to your face perfect example was for Christmas to New Years they shut the shop down prior to this we had company meeting where the owner said he was going to pay for Everyone to have the week off, 2 days before break they decided Togo back on this and withdraw the pay on technicalities for most employees, after discussing this with management as I had been working 60-70hours a week I was told by management the owner John Levenda approved me for the week off and pay as I had made plans, get back from the vacation and was let go day before payroll was to be processed mind you this would have been the payroll medical started as well.
