Husband & Wife/Owners would fight allot saying some really bad language at each other in front of employees making it a very difficult and uncomfortable situation. In resesrching WA L&I former employees have filed complaints against Vertical Visual Solutions. If you do work there then find yourself in a position to claim unemployment, unemployment has a handful of complaints along with pass employees stories, all these complaints/stories are inline with each other according to unemployment. Its not good. They can never be honest with you. Far too much favoritism and politics for such a small business. Not structured, disorganized. High turn over rate of employeess
