      As a fresher and new to the industry, I noticed that the people working in Vertisystem are very supportive, they have been helpful to me during my training, and you wouldn't feel uncomfortable asking for help. From initial interview to onboarding the steps were simple and organized.

      Cons

      For now I couldn't think of any Cons, because as far as I see the people will really guide you until you excel on your career in this industry.

      1. Onboarding was quick for contractors 2. They offer health benefits for contractors 3. They meet with you monthly to make sure everything is ok 4. Very responsive when it comes to pay inquiries

      Cons

      1. No benefits for long/short term disability 2. Not helpful in working with you to find another position when your contract is ending 3. No PTO or paid holidays for contractors 4. Onboarding was fast, but still seemed a little discombobulated in comparison to other agencies I've worked for
