      Pros

      The old guard. This company still has some great people left from back when it was Emerson Network Power. They're leaving in droves, however, and Vertiv will have nothing to show from a time back when used to be a great company.

      Cons

      Google the article that was just posted about Vertiv on valuewalk's website. Maybe read through the linked class action lawsuit. It will tell you everything you need to know about why morale is in the toilet here. Hint, it's because the executive leadership team and chairman have done a really good job of running this business into the ground.
