I enjoyed the 12 hour shifts which resulted in me being able to take more days off than normal.
Cons
I don't have anything bad to say. Just sorry to see Welltrax was bought out by another company.

Leadership is top notch and extremely fair. Leadership cares about you and your success, very personable team! Casual, laid back atmosphere. Very team oriented culture. Ability to have real impact on a growing company. Input is valued. Flexible hours and schedule. As long as you are doing your job, management understands if you need to work from home/coffee shop, take off a little early, come in a little late, etc. Ample room for career growth.
Cons
Oilfield is 24/7, so you are always kind of on call, but not required. The whole team helps out if needed.
