      Pros

      There are a number of community building events going on. Regularly card games in the cafeteria at lunch as well as activities such as games night, pottery class, family day, and a softball team.

      Cons

      They prefer everyone come in to the office when possible rather than working from home. Occasionally people can if they have a reason.
