      Vestd has a fantastic remote working and inclusive culture that promotes autonomy and trust among the team with flexible hours and shares in the company too!

      Cons

      As a scale up without there isn’t much structure to advancing your career.

      Pros

      Vestd is full of incredibly talented people — smart, skilled, and genuinely great to work with.

      Cons

      During my time there, advancement felt very male-centric. Several highly capable women left and went on to senior roles at other companies. LinkedIn makes it clear many former female colleagues have since moved into head-of and leadership positions elsewhere. It’s frustrating to watch strong talent walk out the door because they weren’t given opportunities to progress internally.
