It is an interesting industry to be part of, but it's just not worth it to work here. Find another veterinary nutraceutical company.

This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. Don't be fooled by your initial impression. The CEO is abusive to employees and it trickles down to management and staff. They don't care about employees or clients--only money and following their processes to the letter. The pay is horrible unless you are in sales. In fact, the salespeople are the only ones who get even a little hint of respect (as long as they are successful). Those in admin roles are treated like slaves and talked down to like idiots. The CEO is a cruel, sexist megalomaniac. If you speak up about the abuse from the CEO or management, you WILL be fired. Avoid this place like the plague! That is, unless you want to sell your soul and become part of the problem.

VetPlus has a decent product portfolio.

VetPlus is an organization that doesn’t value its colleagues or respect its customers. Employee turnover and dissatisfaction is rampant.
