A former c-suite employee threatened my job and caused me to suffer from burnout and start therapy due to a hostile workenvironment. Their "uncorporate corporate" structure is a fancy way of saying they are unorganized. I believe I was targeted because the sale of our hospital would fall through u less they let me out of the non-compete they snuck into my contract. Even today, they have non-compete wording on a form titled "employee covenants". The person scheduled a meeting with me and didn't even tell my leader that the meeting was happening, so I was left to be bullied by him and the an associate saying I would be embarrassed if he took over mgmt in our hospital. I looked for a job instantly and found a job that values having "why" questions asked and asks for employee feedback openly and encourages it.
