Pros

* Hours are good and in general flexible.

Cons

* 1-on-1 meetings are solely for the managers to delegate projects to subordinates. These were originally meant for employees to talk about how management could help them with their personal career development goals. * The company squeezes every single cent just for the sake of saving money without any consideration for how essential certain tools are for the job. * Don't expect any promotion whatsoever because management is only looking to hire people who aren't expecting any. * The number of projects is like a mountain piling on you. * Priorities keep changing every two weeks. * Title inflation without a matching salary. * Good performance is rewarded with even more deadlines but without monetary rewards. * Not good for junior employees as they won't hire you. Second, even if you do get hired, you won't get any career development assistance from management.

Pros

I was fortunate to have great direct managers. Decent benefits with exceptions.

Cons

Health insurance through Aetna was the worst I've experienced. A very limited number of in-network providers, many of which have out-of-date information. Forced to use CVS for all prescriptions. Inconsistent reimbursement for the same services month to month. The company liquidated our vacation balances without compensation to shift to an "unlimited PTO" model. Within a few months, all requests over a limit had to be justified to your VP. High turnover with regular 4th quarter reduction in force events. Laid off the entire production and warehouse departments to move those functions to a different state. HR heavily polices these reviews, so this won't stay up long. Retaliation is also a concern.
