      Coordinators are very professional to arrange students and advisors. Advisors have great flexibility to select projects and set timelines.

      As an advisor, there is not much to compliant about.

      Pros

      ViaX academic coordinators do really take care of you, as they actually "take care" of all small details and logistics issues, allowing you to focus on your students and their papers. They are professional, courteous and hardworking.

      Cons

      As a good "advisor" you are responsible for students' papers probably as much as they are ;). So if your students get stuck or can't get the results they hope to get, you have to figure out how to proceed, which can be quite a lot of work. At the end, it would be really more of your paper, then theirs!
