Now, the company has changed from Vibtree to OneInbox. Team members were good in helping out with processes
Cons
- No competitive Salary. The SDE intern was paid 10k for almost 2 years which is absolutely unacceptable. Interns were working for 15+ hours for 10k. How fair it that ? - Founder's behavior was extremely bad with us even sometimes with the clients. Clients have complained to the team about it. No control over anger. - Giving Abusive words during the meeting. No hikes. He needs only submissive people.
