Pros

Truly kind and talented employees, generous PTO policy, fair benefits. A phenomenal HR rep who demonstrates true integrity at every turn.

Cons

This is difficult to write - Victorious was an amazing place to work — until it wasn’t. There are many reasons businesses struggle, but implementing unrealistic and unachievable expectations and dismissing great and devoted staff isn’t the answer. What was once a solid, supportive, and collaborative environment became one so heavily micromanaged and systematically demoralizing that everyone outside of leadership lives in constant fear. Entire teams have been virtually dismantled (sales, CS) and any interdepartmental rapport and collaboration no longer exists. The Slack channels that once brought people together are now graveyards; the values the company so proudly boasts are non-existent. Employees are made to be scapegoats for the bad decisions department heads make, likely at the urging of the CEO whose every action is ego driven and who appears determined to undermine the psychological safety of the staff that’s so contradictorily preached as a priority. Sadly, it’s an environment that quickly becomes toxic, no matter how pretty the bow around the package appears. I was an employee who defended this org to the death at every turn, but the manner in which I, and have since learned too many other’s roles were eliminated was so cowardly and disrespectful that it only serves as a great example of the demise of the company’s culture and future. We are not the enemy and deserve better than to be treated like criminals who don’t even get an “I’m sorry” or “Thank you for all you’ve done” when we are let go so callously. Department leaders who were great people now being forced to abandon kindness and quite frankly, civility. They say “never burn bridges” but they’re the ones holding the matches. Victorious is a sinking ship, choosing to hit iceberg after iceberg. I’m sad for it.

Pros

Victorious is a great place to work! I find the work challenging and also really impactful. You get to work alongside some brilliant and fun people. I've always felt supported, and I’ve grown a ton during my time here. The work is rewarding, and the team here is very smart.

Cons

Like any growing agency, there are some growth pains, but it seems like leadership listens and genuinely wants to improve in all the right ways.

Pros

Early years at Victorious were genuinely great. Strong culture, real support for employees, and a sense of shared purpose. The bones of something special were there.

Cons

The last several years were a different story. No clear vision for where the company is headed. Significant churn, both clients and employees, with no real accountability from leadership. Directors and above have a pattern of scapegoating former employees rather than owning outcomes. Across every department, people are overworked, underpaid, and expected to keep giving with nothing coming back. Burnout isn't a side effect here, it's baked into how the company operates. And the culture that once made this place worth working at? Gone. I was told directly by leadership that employees should not expect them to provide any support in rebuilding it. That's not a rumor or a feeling, that came straight from the top. To top it off, all formal feedback channels have been eliminated. eNPS surveys haven't been done in years. Leadership has effectively shut the door on hearing anything they don't want to hear, which tells you everything about how the company is being run. Unless you've fully bought in, you likely won't be treated with much dignity or respect on the way out.
