Thanks for your response. We give our employees a lot of autonomy in their work; we’re all adults and the responsibilities of your position are made clear. The work we do impacts our clients lives and we strive to give them nothing but our best. However, if you are falling behind or simply not working on a consistent basis, we are forced to address it. Thankfully, the overwhelming majority of our employees accept their responsibilities, are given space to do their job and excel at it.
