Management only cares about the quality of work and making sure every customer is happy. Other than that, everyone is laid back.

Sometimes it can get stressful but everything is great.

The pay was pretty good ($25/hr) if you don't consider how much they actually charge the clients. The clients were great, maybe a little pushy sometimes. Teaching the classes was a lot of fun. Curriculum was easy to learn and company was nice to you.

I got tons of customer referrals, and both I and the new clients were supposed to be compensated for that, but it never happened or I had to remind someone 3 or 4 times. Boss was hard to get a hold of a lot of times. Communication was almost zero between employees and management so you were on your own most of the time.
