      At least they know their coffee

      Management takes tips, no holiday pay, often scheduled just short of the hours required health care. Dan (CEO) cares more about being loyal to his expensive vendors and his employees pay the price.

      Pros

      The 15th avenue location is a great neighborhood and the coffee is excellent. The company has a good reputation and looks good on a resume. Good place to build up barista chops QUICKLY

      Cons

      Some of the worst management I have ever experienced - particularly the district manager. Expect to be extremely undervalued. The Third and Pine location is actually a dangerous place to work and the company does not care about employee safety. They would rather spend money on a cafe remodel than security.
