Great community of customers, good coffee, autonomy depending on which store you’re at.
Cons
The owner is fickle and temperamental. He reads into everything and assumes employees are slighting him. You’ll walk on eggshells if you’re in management, you’ll feel micromanaged if you are in one of the higher staffed stores.
