Product is good. Team culture was supportive.

Cons

Leadership changed often, CEO led sales resulted in sporadic and often irrational processes. Sales team was de-incentivized and compensation restructure resulted in lack of motivation across the org.

Fantastic supportive culture, awesome teammates, interesting problems to solve. Moving quickly, but the company and the people ensure that it’s not too fast.

Competitive pay Interesting industry Decent benefits

Cons

Lack of focus from leadership in the Customer Success team Chaotic at times No real work life balance Product is not cohesive and doesn’t work well, making product adoption challenging at best Variable comp is nonexistent Success metrics aren’t really followed consistently. Burnout is the common denominator across the team, and very little has been done to mitigate this. This team has had a lot of turnover for the reasons listed above.
