Community based job so hours and time out in the community are extremely flexible. Great insurance and benefits package. Hire internally first when new positions are available.
Cons
This company is all about numbers and revenue! They don't care about employees nor do the concern themselves with our safety!! Requires you to go the extra mile for certain clients and does not care about others. They do not train you for your position so therefore you are unprepared for unsafe predicaments. Turnover is extremely HIGH so no one in their position knows what to do to guide subordinates. Pay is extremely low and a slap in the face to anyone with a degree. Definitely does not match up with the work you do! Require you to transport clients but then on the other hand tells you its illegal to transport. Still wants you to transport regardless. If you value your safety stay away.
