      Pros

      The environment is productive and positive. I never feel pressured, but I also know that I play an important role in the office. I also enjoy using my computer skills to help make the business processes more clear for any current or future employee.

      Cons

      I would say there could be more work assigned to us, so we have things to work on during our downtime.

      I unfortunately had a negative experience working with this company. I found the leadership to be unapproachable and difficult to work with, which created a challenging and unhealthy work environment. The senior leadership exhibited behaviors that were not conducive to a positive or supportive workplace culture. It’s important for organizations to foster a respectful and collaborative atmosphere, and I feel that this was lacking during my time there. I would advise others to carefully consider the company's culture before making any employment decisions.
