Interviews for Top Jobs at Vighter

Anonymous Employee
I interviewed at Vighter
It was a bit repetitive. The recruiter seemed a little new. Very friendly but asked for updated shots (paid out of pocket), including TB skin test. Required me to provide multiple documents more than once. Did not follow up directly with training process to make sure I was getting proper exposure to job. It is rather disconnected from the actual training process.
- There was nothing specific asked in interview except about my background.

Telephone interview, explained the job detail, asked if you have experience, if you are bi-lingual, back ground, drug screening, more details about the job. Very informational interview process. Very humble over the phone
- Are you bi-lingual

Anonymous Employee in Winona, MN
I applied online. I interviewed at Vighter (Winona, MN) in Nov 2016
The interview was done by phone. The person who interview me was very nice and clear. She spoke Spanish with me to test my language proficiency and told me that would be sending me documents to read and sign.
- If I have experience on the job.

Anonymous Employee in White Sands, NM
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Vighter (White Sands, NM) in Apr 2014
Interview process was long long. Maybe 2hrs!!! The questions or interviewer was not ready, had to look through electronic files for the "the questions" when found she was able to now start my interview.
- Was there ever a situation where you were at fault? How did you overcome this? Or did you?
- Are you able to handle as many as 300-500 people daily?
