      Very intelligent engineers, who care for their team.

      Cons

      They want things done a very specific way, its less self learning and more following SOP's. could be a good thing or a bad thing the way you look at it.

      Pros

      VIKA is a well-known and respected firm in the DMV. We have staff with tons of experience and there is almost unlimited growth potential (including ownership) for those that are willing to work for it.

      Cons

      There are no real negatives in my opinion, but I can say that we strive to meet deadlines for client satisfaction and the work day or week is over when deadlines are met.
