The relationships built with the staff and especially the guests.
Cons
Not valued but upper management, they're only interested in how much money they can make. They will replace you in a blink of an eye with someone who they think can do better, even if you have successfully increased all financial aspects and have amazing GSI scores. It doesn't matter if you've been there for over a decade.
