      The people I work with for the most part are very cool

      Cons

      Depending on your department, there is a high turn over rate in customer facing roles. A HIGH turn over rate. Completely underpaid and undervalued as well across the board unless you a Director or higher. 6 holidays off a year, 4 of those days being at the very end of the year.

      Great place to start learning a new career

      Cons

      The pay is on the low end, coupled with the lack of room for advancement, it will end up being counterproductive to your career growth if you stay too long with this company. It’s a great stepping stone but that’s about it unless you’re related to someone one higher up.
