The company culture is very racist. Vinfast hires experts but does not listen to them, you only have a voice if you are Vietnamese. Quite often the leaders and peers would talk in Vietnamese instead of English leaving the rest of us feeling like outcasts. Everything is controlled by Vietnam and English is not their first language, there is a HUGE communication gap, and getting them to understand anything is close to impossible. Not to mention the time difference so quite often you are working at 11 PM. The chairman and upper management are surrounded by yes men, they don't reason with him, they just agree to everything, for example the mass layoffs and then re-hiring the same laid-off staff.
