Pros
-Founder: true to herself and with a genuine reason on how the whole company started and what solution we bring with Vinterior; -Tools and processes: since I joined Vinterior, a lot of new processes have been put into place to ensure new joiners as well as existing team members are happy at work; -People: the best reason to work at Vinterior with genuine entrepreneurial spirit and always happy to help; -Values: always putting the customers first, everyone is treated on the same level and people can freely express their views; -Culture: team lunches, monthly drinks etc.
Cons
There is no major cons I can say about Vinterior. Like any other startups, things sometimes change at the last minute so you have to be flexible to it. There was one team member in particular that was hard to deal with at all times (not only for me but for multiple people in the team) and I think the senior management was a bit slow to react to that before it became a bigger issue. That experience has put me off and I consider that I could have offered Vinterior more should that had not happened. However, I felt that Vinterior learnt from this experience and made sure to put certain processes into place so that does not happen again. That is in fact one of Vinterior's strengths - learning along the way and always implementing new tools to make sure we get better at what who we are and what we are doing.
