Pros

Pay was above average. I was making up to $72K in my best year in overtime, due to the sheer incompetence of customer service. We worked out of Westwood, CA which was right in the center of all the great LA lifestyle.

Cons

They cut customer service down to the bone, making the escalations I had to deal with a complete nightmare.

Pros

This company believes in its employees and empowers them. They are moving in the right direction. They practice what they preach and it's a lot of fun.

Cons

While most of the executives really fit with the Virgin way there are a couple of misses. But that'll happen anywhere.

Pros

The company had a great young vibe, people dressed casually, many had special work arrangements and there was a green/social responsibility angle that, if nothing else, made you feel warm and fuzzy. Being in the mobile industry is new, fun and challenging. Plus, you may get to see Richard Branson at a party.

Cons

There was little to no communication between departments. IT was a nightmare to work with, but they've outsourced them now so perhaps that's gotten better. Your entire day would be spent sending emails to cover your a$$ - as it was constant "whose fault is this?" rather than focusing on making an awesome product/service. It was also located in the most boring area of NJ.
