      Knowledgeable IT staff (currently mostly Sagitec contractors). Sagitec wrote the proprietary code-generator development environment. Pays well.

      Proprietary code generator development environment New to agile and therefore have not adopted the spirit of agile (transparency) Management brings same style of management as Estes Management strongly suggests that attending .NET user group meetings is important Recruiters beware - VRS does not give employee feedback and cancels contracts

      Benefits, pay, location. Genuinely friendly people.

      Cons

      It's still bound by some state government rules as an employer, but not a huge deal with the other benefits of this employer

      Depends on position. Pro was limited customer contact

      Cons

      Poor management, inconsistent directives, you are pretty much treated poorly. Never been treated so poorly in my entire 35+ years working. Do not promote from within. Work system is a nightmare. If you don't work for investments, you don't matter.
