      Pros

      I have had amazing luck at getting matched with some good clients. The new cohort set up was needed, now I am filled up on hours and have been able to pay my bills.

      Cons

      You have to wait to have a lot of hours but once you do its worth it

      Pros

      Flexible schedule offers week and weekend schedules.

      Cons

      Low pay. Must invest almost ten unpaid hours on onboard proficiency assessments, group Zoom interview with other candidates, profile building, then 2+ hours orientation. Company doesn’t pay for any supplies needed to complete an assignment. Company demands that you not work another job when they’re assignments are inconsistent and pay is grossly low.
