      Pros

      VWT has the strongest lines of communication I've ever experience in a remote setting. There are multiple ways for me to contact other team members and everyone is extremely responsive. I'm never left in the dark about things. The team is super friendly and supportive which contributes to the high morale of the company. I'm so happy to be a part of Virtual Work Team!

      The company has been a joy to work for since I started in January. One of the best things I've found since starting with them is clear instructions when working with a client. There hasn't been any need for confusing back and forths, and the work is consistent. I thoroughly enjoy working for Virtual Work Team and compare it to a well-run machine that gets the job done time and time again. Shilonda is very personable and always provides great feedback without micromanaging, which is a huge plus for seasoned content writers. I'm extremely happy being part of the team.
