Pros
The CEO, Sirbuland, is genuinely capable and dedicated to his job. He actively tries to resolve issues, which is commendable. Frequent events and parties are a nice perk—they definitely help lighten the mood after dealing with the day-to-day. Company mess, lunches.
Cons
The senior management team seems to be in a league of their own—unfortunately, that league isn’t professional leadership. Their decisions and strategies often feel more like an experiment in how not to manage. Strange and counterproductive SOPs regarding client communication create unnecessary bottlenecks and inefficiencies. If there's a manual on "how to complicate simple tasks," they’ve mastered it.
