      Pros

      - Nice people - Opportunity to work in big companies as Consultant

      Cons

      - Managers and above are not well experienced - Lots of overtime (not payed, including weekends) - Metrics to performance review are not clear - Low paying (although the bonus is good, to get the full bonus you have to do lots of overtime and influence the right people)
