Work Culture - Software Engineer Viscommerce Employee Review

No pros at all, I thought it being a startup and completely remote would be good. But turned out to be very bad.

There are a lot of cons here you have to start with meetings 8:30am for 2 hours work on weekends as well the founder will keep texting you for work criticism all the time no matter how good you perform it gets very stressful and bad because the founder user harsh and foul language listen to politics and everyday stories that are not relevant to work at all salary credit is not on fixed dates have to buy licensed products and wait for months to get reimbursed

No pros , you need to work from morning 8.30 to till night 10pm. Rk will send message in night. You don't get any appreciation all ways get critisism. Meeting per day 3 hr

No vision for the company We need to pay all services bill and begged for the reimbursement and get only after 4 months No leaves ( National holiday also we need to work) No culture No employee benifit No Team work Long meeting 3 hour One man show
