Pros

Unfortunately there is no pros

Cons

20 years old totally inexperienced ceo, very rough, very vain, with no idea how to communicate his product co-founder developer with no idea how business should be run, very vain, with no idea how to communicate with experienced people who came to help their business to grow. Positions are divided into important (developers) and not important ( all others) which is really shame. Projects are "organized" ad hock with no project description, without any phases, without targets, without cost calculation, ROI. Really shame. Very disappointing.

Pros

- Decent people to work with.

Cons

- Wages are small. And the only way to get a raise is to ask for one. And if your work is not important according to the management, you probably won’t get one. - Management is not up to the task of leading a company with questionable services. Especially the CEO who is still a kid. He will commit company’s resources without a proper market research, based only on his hunch. - Equal opportunity employment is a questionable. CTO will freely and with pride admit that every employee was evaluated based upon the opinion he had while he was looking through potential employee’s social media accounts.

Pros

Good for interns, as it will provide a good learning experience (if you are prepared to deal with all additional tasks, it's not for everyone).

Cons

You will do a lot of additional jobs that have no connection to the position you were hired for. Asking questions is frowned upon and the management is inexperienced to say at best. Overtime is not paid but expected.
