      Cool product, cool people, good benefits.

      Cons

      At-will means they can fire you whenever they want with no warning or reason. Was told in interview that they "move fast". They do, without keeping employees up to date.

      I learned so much here. Great place to have a voice and learn. They were always adapting to meet customer needs and trends and listened to employees about that.

      It’s small. Great work life balance but limited opportunities to get a promotion.

      Some great people work here, but unfortunately they were never rewarded for their hard work and dedication

      Cons

      Somehow certain employees were given free rein to mistreat their direct reports. One manager in particular kept losing direct reports and no one ever questioned her management.
