      - Coworkers are nice - Good work/life balance - Product is interesting

      Cons

      - Engineering Department has very little industry experience - Company makes sweeping changes to projects and business models without doing adequate market research - Stagnant processes with lots of lip service to agile development but little actual capacity to enact change - Projects are steered by upper management with little room for developers to innovate the product

      Pros

      I learned so much here. Great place to have a voice and learn. They were always adapting to meet customer needs and trends and listened to employees about that.

      Cons

      It’s small. Great work life balance but limited opportunities to get a promotion.

      Some great people work here, but unfortunately they were never rewarded for their hard work and dedication

      Cons

      Somehow certain employees were given free rein to mistreat their direct reports. One manager in particular kept losing direct reports and no one ever questioned her management.
