      Flexible timings. Chance of working on AI projects.

      Cons

      No technical project lead who can guide the interns on how to accomplish a task. So, many times interns are throwing arrows in the dark to find solutions.

      Pros

      1. It’s fully remote work. 2. Work hours are flexible: between 20 to 40 hrs/week 3. Anyone with IT background and looking to find internship to get experience; this provides a start.

      Cons

      The lack of structure and organization in the company makes one less and less motivated. The internship is unpaid. Sometimes the tasks are more abstract and requirements keep on changing.
